Where you enroll
Oregon does not use HealthCare.gov. It runs its own marketplace, Explore Health, at ExploreHealthOR.gov, and sets its own enrollment dates. Oregon's closing date for 2027 is not yet confirmed. Oregon leaves HealthCare.gov on November 1, 2026 and moves to its own platform, Explore Health, for 2027 coverage. Its closing date is not yet confirmed: the state has been reported as keeping January 15, but its own enrollment page still shows an earlier date.
